Sacred Healing Music
Elizabeth Huxtable’s albums are more than music — they are deeply immersive sound experiences created to support relaxation, emotional release, meditation, and inner healing. Blending crystal singing bowls, therapeutic instruments, gongs, and her unique healing voice, each album carries its own journey and intention. From the calming beauty of Celestial Garden to the expansive frequencies of The Cosmic Journey, these recordings have been lovingly composed to help quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect listeners with a deeper sense of peace and balance. Inspired by Elizabeth’s decades of work in sound therapy and vibrational healing, these albums can be listened to during meditation, rest, sleep, or simply as a gentle sanctuary from the noise of everyday life.
The Cosmic Journey

by Elizabeth Huxtable
This album is dedicated to those seeking to reach a higher state of consciousness. It can be used as a meditation aid or to induce deep relaxation.
Every atom, molecule, and cell in our bodies vibrates at a specific frequency. Listening to the correct sound frequencies will allow the body to re-establish a natural state of healing and harmony.
1. The Unspoken (9:36) – Vocal improvisation by Maéve Michel accompanied by two gongs (Sedna and 28” Symphonic).
This track comes from the heart, to express that which we have been unable to express. Allow it to move and inspire you to speak from your true, authentic self.
2. Freedom (4:24) – Vocals by Elizabeth Huxtable, Sugilite singing bowl
Fear programming can affect how our DNA expresses itself. The fear can be inherited from several generations when our ancestors experienced traumas such as war and famine. It can also be acquired during our lifetime in times of trauma, either physical or mental. This can lead us to subconsciously expect bad outcomes. This track uses special vocal tones to clear the fear surrounding DNA so it can operate optimally, and we can step boldly into the unknown without fear or preconceived limiting ideas from the past.
3. Cosmic Ecstasy (8:08) – Vocals by Elizabeth Huxtable, Lepidolite singing bowl, full-moon Himalayan bowl.
These vocal tones can activate dormant parts of our so-called “Junk DNA”, which can connect us with our multidimensional nature, helping to raise our vibrations and be more of who we really are.
4. Cosmic Journey (29:51)– Three gongs, Sedna, Earth, and a 28” Symphonic gong, backed by the sounds of Miranda, a moon of Uranus, as recorded by NASA’s Voyager Space Probe as it traveled through its ionosphere.
This is a 30-minute sound meditation. It can be used to help induce an altered state of consciousness. This is where the left brain (the part that analyses, worries, and judges) switches off, and the right brain remains active. In this altered state, we can see the bigger picture of our lives and tap into Divine Wisdom.
